Grimaldi`s in Dallas

Pizza was great ! Interior clean and nice. Also has outdoor seating.

Experienced bad service. Caucasian woman cut in line in front of me and two other customers. The customer in front was Hispanic. The lady rudely got in front of the customer and manager was called. Manager did not resolve the situation but instead told the customer to " cool down and get out" when the customer had already paid. It is unacceptable and discrimination.

May have been better had there not been a balled up receipt on my pizza during COVID19

Brushetta is a must to order. Pizza is so delicious, ask for extra cheese on it. The service is awesome and fast. The wait isn't too bad on a busy Friday night. Dallas isn't known for pizza but this place is definitely one of Dallas best pizza.

We arrived atv3:30pm, Saturday 1/11/2020 and were informed they were not making pizzas until 5pm because they were cleaning the ovens. A very unprofessional manner to run off their customers...never heard of this one

Had a glass of red and the 12" Margherita pizza. Not as good as a good Neapolitan pizza, but still damn tasty. The sauce, mozzarella, basil, and thickness of the crust were spot on. The edges of the crust are too hard to be tasty, which is why I prefer Neapolitan, but otherwise an excellent pizza. Friendly, attentive wait staff on a rather slow Wednesday evening.

WOW! incredible pizza restaurant. I was really impressed how good everything was, from appetizers to salads to pizzas. Tried 3 different pizzas and they all were simply delicious

Great pizza, but even better service. The only draw back may be the limited menu, just pizza and salad. But the pizza is always good.

Food was very tasty and at a good price. the staff were very nice. we had the pasta plates. my chicken pizzicati was very good.

Went here for some pizza and drinks this past Sunday and were very pleased with our experience. It was not very busy in there so we were able to quickly get a high-top table in the bar area and were promptly greeted by our waiter. Oscar was excellent and took great care of us while there. We ordered two pizzas and a couple of rounds of drinks and thought everything was very tasty. This was our first time visiting, but based on the good food, excellent service from the waitstaff and the convenient location, we will definitely be back.

I did takeout here while staying at the nearby hotel. I essentially wanted a good pizza and found this place was comparable to some nyc pizzerias. Their salad was good and I appreciated that they fixed everything as I had ordered it.

So grateful that Grimaldi’s in Dallas is still open for DoorDash delivery and pickup. I want to thank Frankie, the manager and Oscar, behind the bar for helping me with my order. Especially, on my birthday. Community - please place your orders. The team will take care of you!

Always a great choice, whether eat in or takeout. Pizzas, calzones, lasagna, even the salads are delicious (Mediterranean is my favorite). Whether a romantic date, time with friends/family, or a business meal, always a great choice. Reservations only for 10+ people, which is the only downside.

Authentic pizza taste. Dough is phenomenal. Music of frank sinatra and great decoration.

It has a great atmosphere. Pizza and service were great too !

Being from the CT/NY area I've been looking for good Pizza in Dallas since I got here. This is the place to go. Try the extra crispy crust!

We were looking forward to trying Grimaldi’s but were disappointed. We asked for extra sauce but there was barely any on it when we opened the box.

Best pizza you can get. Authentic tasting and feeling. Service is fast and friendly. Will definitely go again.

Food and atmosphere was great. The location is great for a night out to relax and unwind.

Horrible service and experience! Took at least 10 minutes to get seated at 9:45pm. Plenty of open tables but we were ignored and nobody was clearing the tables. Then we were asked our drink order and she didn’t write it down, forgot and sent someone else over to ask us again. A group was having a get together.. a physical fight between two women breaks out and they are fighting and rolling in the ground. No apologies and the bartender yells “call the cops”. Our pizza finally comes out but the salad that was ordered for someone’s dinner takes at least 5 more minutes to come out. No apologies for any of this. Will NEVER return!!!

What a place. Awesome urban atmosphere of the North East with some great music in the background. We got The Don pizza plate. Delicious! The meats and cheese went perfectly together and the bread was cooked just right so that it was crunchy but still soft. Also had the Calzone, it's massive, so beware. The 🍷 was also great. Moscato and Rose were the choices. Loved every sip. The service was fast and efficient, with smiles that made the place feel even more cozy. Overall, excellent experience and would highly recommend! 😁👍

We chose this place based upon Google reviews. However, our experience was very lackluster. Arrived when the business wasn't busy on New Year's Day following the Cotton Bowl Hockey Game around 5 p.m. Ordered a 12" pizza and was told we had to wait 45 minutes for a pizza. We could've ordered from Dominoes or Pizza Hut and received our pizza quicker. Also, for appetizers, all they have are salads. Consider adding some additional options for appetizers to cover the long wait. Also, the pizza wasn't worth the wait.

Always great and love the outside seating when the weather is right...
